Court Date & Failure to Appear

Thank you for choosing Goggins Bail Bond to assist your family. We understand the importance of your court date and the role it plays in your case. Please be advised that your court date is critical, not only to you but also to Goggins Bail Bond.


If you fail to appear for your scheduled court date (Failure to Appear, or "FTA"), including instances where you are misinformed by your attorney regarding the date, a service fee of $150.00 will be charged. This fee applies in the event that you miss your court date due to negligence on your part and is NOT attributable to Goggins Bail Bond.


It is your responsibility to verify your court date weekly with Goggins Bail Bond to ensure that you have accurate and up-to-date information. This is a crucial step to avoid any misunderstandings or potential violations. Additionally, it is important that you maintain communication with us to create a clear record of all interactions and updates related to your case.

We strongly encourage you to stay proactive in keeping track of your court date and maintaining regular contact with our office to avoid any complications.

Payment of Bail Bond Premium

In the event that the defendant is re-incarcerated for any reason, the undersigned cosigner(s) and the defendant hereby agree to continue making payments toward the bail bond premium until the total outstanding balance is paid in full. All prior agreements and documents previously signed shall remain in full force and effect.


By signing this document, all parties acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for the remaining balance of the bail bond premium. Furthermore, all parties agree to be held liable for any and all reasonable costs and fees incurred in the collection of the remaining balance, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

Terms and Conditions of Bond

As a client of Goggins Bail Bond, you are subject to the terms and conditions established by the courts of the State of Oklahoma. While out on bond, you are required to comply with the following conditions. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of your bond and your return to the custody of the court.

  1. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are prohibited from leaving the jurisdiction of the court without prior written permission from the court.
  2. Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify Goggins Bail Bond of any changes to your employment, residential address, or contact information.
  3. Efforts to Retain Legal Counsel and Employment: You agree to make reasonable efforts to retain legal representation and maintain steady employment during the duration of your bond.
  4. Bond Jumping Penalties: You acknowledge that bond jumping is a criminal offense, punishable by up to 2 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $5,000.
  5. Weekly Check-In Requirement: You are required to check in with Goggins Bail Bond every week, specifically on Fridays, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  6. Premium Charge: You understand and agree to the annual premium charge of 10% of the total bond amount.
  7. Failure to Report: Failure to report to Goggins Bail Bond or its authorized agent as requested will result in bond revocation.
  8. New Arrest or Incarceration: Should you be arrested or incarcerated for any offense, other than a minor traffic violation, you must immediately notify Goggins Bail Bond.
  9. False Statements: Any materially false statements made in your bond application will be grounds for bond revocation.
  10. Non-Payment of Premium: Failure to pay the required premium to Goggins Bail Bond may result in immediate action to revoke your bond.
  11. Failure to Cooperate: Concealing yourself from Goggins Bail Bond or its agents will be considered a violation of these terms.
  12. Violation of Court Orders: Any violation of your legal obligations to the court may result in revocation of your bond.
  13. Bond Revocation: You understand and agree that any violation of the above conditions is grounds for the revocation of your bond, and you may be surrendered to the appropriate authorities.
